01. General Terms & Conditions

Hibagee's terms and conditions apply to all members. By using the platform, you agree to abide by these terms.

Scope of Application

• These Terms apply to the hibagee website (hibagee.app) and all associated services.
• The same terms apply whether you access hibagee via a mobile browser or any other device.
• Accessing hibagee using third-party software or tools is strictly prohibited.

Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali, but the legally binding document is in English. In the event of any dispute, the English version takes precedence. That said, hibagee will always make every effort to keep the Bengali version up to date so members can easily understand their rights.

02. Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on hibagee requires meeting certain conditions, all of which are in place to protect our members.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email must all be accurate.
• Your registration details must match the information on your identity document.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may result in all associated accounts being closed.

Account Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. hibagee will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. Allowing others to use your account is prohibited, and you are solely responsible for any losses that result.

Identity Verification

Hibagee reserves the right to verify a member's identity and information at any time. During verification, a national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents may be requested. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

03. Age Verification & Minor Protection

Hibagee is committed to protecting minors from accessing the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

• Hibagee reserves the right to request verification at any time if an account is suspected to be used by a minor.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.
• Parents and guardians are advised to keep their devices and passwords secure at all times.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from an account or mobile number registered in your own name.
• Depositing using someone else's Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via Mobile Pay/Nagad; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳50,000 via Mobile Pay/Nagad.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts and through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000.
• Additional security verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

05. Bonus & Promotion Terms

08. Account Suspension & Closure

When hibagee May Close an Account

• Where identity or age verification information is found to be false.
• Where evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Member's Right to Close Account

You can close your account at any time by contacting hibagee Support. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Any remaining balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.
